Detailed steps of you order from the original factories:

Within a few days after the order has been paid, we select the best factory for the client, check the samples, compare the models with the originals and then pay for the items selected by the customer.

Within 3-7 days, the factory manufactures your individual order and sends it to our office in Hong Kong. If the model is rare and the skin has to be ordered from Italy (for example, Hermes bags), the period of manufacturing may increase to 15 days.

The order is thoroughly tested for defect, also items compares with the original in small details and sizes. In case if the product is manufactured with defect or non-conformity we take it back to the factory, eliminate the defects or wait for a new product in perfect quality.

Quite often, the items selected by the client may be already in stock at the factory, therefore the terms of the purchase are reduced, on average up to 3-4 days.

After thoroughly checking the quality of the model, we take a photo for you, so that you can also be sure of the authenticity and quality of the order. So you can be sure that you will get exactly the model that you have chosen, as well as in the best and most expensive quality.

Especially for our customers, we buy fully original dust bags, documents, ribbons, boxes, optional packages and even checks from original boutiques (for the amount of originals). Items equipment always depends on the wishes of client and is already included in the price.

Our worldwide delivery is exclusively carried out by courier shipping:

– EMS Post or DHL. Delivers directly from Hong Kong worldwide by couriers to the apartment or if you wish you can pick up your order yourself from the post office.After sending the goods, we provide a track number by which you can look after your order on the official EMS website.

Delivery time is 5-9 days in Russia; 7-12 days to Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Republic of Belarus; To America and the UK 4-6 days, to other countries about 5-7 days. We clarify that there is no sending directly from Hong Kong to the EU countries, due to checks at customs.

The cost of this delivery is calculated based on the weight of the parcel. First kilogram price of the parcel is 70 $, the next kilograms 22 $.On average, each order weighs about 2 kg in a box, which amounts 50 $ for shipping from Hong Kong.

– Express delivery via airlines. (advantage in time and costs to cities in Russia and Europe).

The orders are delivered directly to Moscow within 2-4 business days and the courier brings it to your home. If you are from other city of Russia, the courier will send you the order by express delivery SDEK / Express.ru and it also come to your home within a few days.

The cost is calculated individually, depending on the bulk, size and weight of the parcel. Average price of this delivery is about 36 $ per item, and 15 $ for courier’s delivery in Moscow or sending to another city.

After full agreement with the client, we send the order any chosen delivery method.

Detailed steps of payment conditions:

Payment is made in full, including shipping. Of this amount, we fully pay for the order at the factory and for shipping, therefore, you won’t need to pay anything upon receipt.

In Russia: You can send money on any convenient for you card of Sberbank, Alfa Bank, VTB.

For other countries: to card by account number, Western Union, Golden Crown, Unistream, Colibri, MoneyGram.

After payment, you send a charge to your personal buyer, after receiving the money, he carries out for you the order and purchase items you have chosen.
